![]() ![]() So, I had a party for my family at Celebration Station and our hostess tell us that the staff MUST put the arm band on each of us personally.and we ask why? She told us, because someone may give their arm band to someone else. We only had 15 min before closing time to figure this out. We only tried about 30-40% of the games downstairs and about half were inoperable or malfunctioned. ![]() No food is served here at all, so i was told by staff. It didn't matter anyway all the stuff upstairs was out of order or did not work properly.Īnd the bathroom doors are heavy and not ADA compliant, you will need someone to open them for you. I stopped even trying to talk and let her finish and storm off. And attacked me and verbally berated us for it being our fault. The Manager offered a refund initially only to up sale us and never mentioned that a refund latter would not be store policy, even though she knew we were leaving the state and they were closing in an hour, she intentionally did not give us the proper information. and i was immediately interrupted with a tyrant of loud verbal attacks, was even told it was my fault because i refused to use the credits on the card and that we should just keep if we were to unfortunately ever return. She even acted like i was going to yell or whatever but the only time i even tried to raise my voice all i got out was but you. ![]() ![]() Every time i started to speak she would cut me off by speaking louder and angrier and verbally attack me and my family. she even started to verbally attack and accuse me like it was my fault. Her mood immediately changed, and she raised her voice and kept talking and interrupting me every time I even stated to look like i was going to speak. Not a problem except she had just offered a refund, and when asked that i can hold on to the card if there was time to use it, she never informed us of this policy. She refused a refund and said it was store policy. she checked the receipt and card, and it was in good order and unused. Staff refused a refund so i asked to speak with the lady from before that offered us a refund less than 40 minutes earlier. i offered to hold the $50 play card and even said Well if there's no time to use it i can just bring it back, and i was even asked if we still had the receipt, which we did.Īfter the go carts, we came inside and only had less than 30 min till close and not enough time for $50 play cards and we are there to fly out to GA early the next morning and the staff, and Manager know this from our earlier conversation. (keep in mind this is just a little over an hour till closing). Sounds good except this whole time we are still talking with the staff about who we are and where were going ext. We purchased a card to do 2-3 rides each. When i say manage this was our assumption of her role, and the way she talked to the other staff and took over our initial purchase. So, the manager stepped in and offered to refund the card for one that would work for the go carts. But the card doesn't work on outside attractions. There were 5 of us and we arrived about 7:30pm and while talking with the rep at the counter about why we were in okc and where we were from and headed to, she sold us a $50 game card. ![]()
